The range of Aquaflo XP2 of XP2e wet ends all have what is known as a 2" Suction inlet and a 2" Discharge outlet.
Don't worry whether you have an XP2 or and XP2e pump as all the parts are totally interchangeable. To ensure you recieve the correct specification of wet end, therefore power output, you will need to find the below part numbers, this will mean taking your pump out and removing the wet end, you can see how to do this in our Hot Tub Pump Installation & Wet End Rotation guide
OK, it is slightly long winded but easy to identify your type of wet end, in the last but one photo in the gallery above is how to find the volute numbers and the dimensions to specify whether it is a 48 / 6.1 or 6.3 type, find that number and then find the table below that applies to it below.
Next, remove the front faceplate and take the impellor off.
Once the impellor is off read the number on the reverse of the impellor. Then match up from the below. If the impellor is without a number, just marry up the vien gap as shown in the last photo in the photo gallery with the impellor vein information section below
**Please note 91041610-000 has been replaced by 91041820
Impellor vein gaps:
91694200 - 7 mm
91694300 - 11 mm
91695200 - 10 mm
91695310 - 13 mm
91695500 (14 mm) or 91695250 (10 mm)
91695150 - 13 mm
