This is an Arctic Spas Element, which replaces the older orange elements.
They are very common on Arctic spas from 2002-2005.
They have a rating of 3.6Kw and 5.5Kw and they fit into the back box of the heater, a typical shape heater that this fits is shown below.

It may also fit the straight "T" heater, however to check just look at the rear of the element once removed and if it looks like the one above it will fit.
