This is a 2 part water pump shaft seal kit, it is used in Hydroair HA440 pumps (Version 2 / grey wetend) , but we have supplied and fitted successfully to Hydroair HA440 Magnaflo Pumps (Version 1 / black wetend), it can be used in both single and two speed pump.
See below in additional information to see how to successfully fit it to version one (black) wetends.
Diameter of ceramic parts: 31mm
Diameter of spring parts: 41mm.
Complete length: 33mm.
Whichever pump you are fitting to we recommend using a small amount of silicone to fix the metal base against the plastic volute.
With Hydroair HA440 Magnaflo Pumps (Version 1 / black wetend) you just need to remove the o'ring and use silicone.
Be vigilant when removing the impellor from version one black wet ends as if you break it, its either a new pump or a new wetend as they no longer supply the impellors.
