2psi 30408 Balboa Pressure switch.

The most common pressure switch in the UK market, fits a huge variety of hot tubs and will replace most other makes of flow switch. Balboa have used the same style for the last 10 years, current balboa supply is labelled techmark (exactly the same switch). The switch can also be found in a plastic housing, this is its direct replacement.

If the wheel mechanism has become stiff resulting in re-setting the switch, the unit needs replacing. Failure of a flow switch usually produces a FLO error message or three flashing lights on the topside control.

This part is extremely easy to replace.
