Returns

 

Returning or Exchanging Products.

We hope you will be satisfied with any product purchased from us, but if you wish to return a product to us for any reason you may do so
within 14 days of the despatch date. It must be in a saleable condition and in its original undamaged packaging and unused. We will refund
the price of the product minus the carriage costs to the purchaser, but we will consider the overall condition of the product being returned when
making a refund.

Faulty (warranty claim) or Damaged Items.
In the event of a faulty or damaged item we will refund or replace the item once it has been received by us. Delivery charges will be refunded
in the event of faulty or incorrect items that are refunded. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Unwanted Gift Items.
If you have received the enclosed product as a gift and it is unsuitable or unwanted, please follow one of the return options below.
You will be able to exchange it with any other product available online at our website.

The exchange value or amount refunded will be the product price paid by the purchase at the time of ordering, excluding postage and packaging.
The purchasers consent must be provided.

Turn Around Time.
We will endeavour to refund or replace you as promptly as possible, usually within 7 working days of goods being returned to us . Please note
we may require you to provide your card details again as your payment records are removed from our system immediately following payment for
your security and protection.

How to Return or Exchange Products.
We will ask you to send the goods back to us correctly packaged using the address below and gain either a certificate of
postage or send the goods by registered post. We do not accept liability for goods lost or damaged.

Please fill in the form below and we will email back to you a returns number which must be included in your returned package,
alternatively ring one of our advisors on 0844 800 3290 - option 3.

Return the Goods to the below address:
Enclose a note in the package with your name, address, contact phone number and the returns number supplied by us.
Return goods in the original undamaged packaging.
