It comes with an LED light and allows even people over six foot tall to appreciate having a spa where they can be up to their shoulders in hot water. (Many acrylic spas are actually shallow compared to the T-300). Also the less tall person has the same comfort and depth using the hydro-therapy seat.
The T300 is 3" deeper and 6" wider than the T220 makes an amazing difference in additional room. It also has an extra 300 litres allowing four adults to fit very comfortably in the spa with room for two more.

It easily withstands UV radiation, heat and long periods of frost. The elegant leather look also adds a touch of style to the garden, moreover it is extremely luxurious to the touch.
A major factor for choosing Softub is they are extremely effective and cheaper to run than 95% of the market (see download centre) by efficiently recovering the waste heat that is naturally generated by the motor to heat the Spa to your desired temperature. .

The Colours
In the photo gallery at the top of the page is a swatch of the interior and exterior colours we can supply - generally speaking we have pearl liners either with mocca, camel, charcoal/black and almond on quick delivery. Any other colour and the blue liner is normally special order. Contact us to find out specific delivery times.Warranty.....
We all have to be realistic where warranties are concerned - over the last 10 years we have seen so many companies offering warranties that entice people to buy, the problem is we have lost count of the customers who bought from these companies and end up with no warranty as the company has gone out of business - our warranty is the You and We warranty, it looks after you and allows us to honour our warranty as it reflects the nature of the specific hot tub.
Here goes simple and straight to the point:
2 years on the spa and motor / 1 year on the spa lid
Due to the nature of the Softub pod housing which contains all the potential failure parts, once you have have contacted us with your problemwe will access the fault over the telephone, we will then if need be ask you to send the pod back to us - or we may pick up dependent on mutual agreement.
Once assessed and discussed with yourselves we will ship back - warranty issues will be free of charge for both parts and labour - non warranty failures is chargeable (in terms of carriage cost and internal labour charge)
For your peace of mind, we have recommended softub engineers nationwide which can be sent out at your cost if required.

Electrics......
230 Volt, 50 Hz, 6 amp, 1400 Watt, many customers use a regular 13 amp plug with a standalone RCD for protection others go belt and braces and hard wire into a RCD circuit breaker. Other requirements vary by location. We always recommend you consult a licensed electrician for assistance.
