The smooth red bodied pump below is the USA Specification and has a high failure rate, particularly in Europe due to overheating problems.
The new motor design above has a rear fan & a finned body to cool the pump whilst in operation. We and the manufacturer Waterway highly recommend it as the replacement to your existing pump.
It has exactly the same fittings as the red US pump, so is easily replaced in a couple of minutes, keep your old lead for swop over, the wiring diagram below makes it a pain free job.
