Balboa BP2100 complete systems - Wifi compatible - with TP600

This really is the next generation of upgrade spa system, the Balboa BP2100 spa control pack comes compatible for WiFi connection to the Balboa Worldwide app using the add-on Balboa Wifi Receiver Module. You will need this module if you want the remote wi-fi features.

Whether you want the wi-fi features or not it is best to opt for this next generation system as it has a whole host of technological advancements worth taking advantage of.

We have shortlisted our BP2100 range to the this more advanced BP2100G1 and removed the BP2100G0 (56663-03) as it does everything the G0 pack does.

This pack also replaces all setting in Balboa BP6013G2 Control Box (59126) and can be used as a direct replacement

BP2100 Configurations

• Pump 1: Either a Dual speed pump or a Single speed pump and separate circulation pump.
• Pump 2: Either a Single or Dual speed pump
• Pump 3: Either a Dual speed pump or a Single speed pump, if a blower is being used below
• Air Blower: Single speed blower (if pump 3 above is single speed)
• Heater: x 1 (3kW, plug)
• Ozone: x 1
• Light: x1, 10v @ 1amp Max

• Volts: 230vac
• Hz: 50
• These packs have a number of possible set ups. They are shipped in Set Up 1 mode so you may need to amend the dip switches on the PCB and the set up program within the topside controller according to your specific set up. Please refer to the tech sheet in the above associated documents.

Package Options

This hot tub system comes complete with the spa control pack / M7 plug and play heater / topside control panel and all the plugs and pins to switch your old cables over to the amp type needed to run the system. If you want the wi-fi features click the above link.

Whatever configuration your system will run the major decision is which topside panel to fit, the size and shape of the available spa top (where your existing topside fits) will determine this, we have stand alone pages for each topside so have a look at there individual characteristics and size templates to help you make an informed choice:

Check with us because of the configuration you will be using but this can be used with Balboa TP Series Topside panels such as TP200, TP540, TP500 range, TP600, TP700, SPATOUCH 2HT, SPATOUCH2 Trapezoid, SPATOUCH3, SPATOUCH4 and the SpaTouch Mini

Topside Installation

To determine the correct topside for your application: a) space required to fit the new topside when removing old topside and the hole into which it fits (the topside links take you to the topside page where there are schematics of hole fitment) b) your system output set up. In other words you have to look at the tech sheet attached or ring us to make sure the chosen topside will work with your system parameters, some topsides don't have enough buttons for say 3 pumps systems.

Due to the vast array of sealants in the marketplace we only recommend using Silcoset Silicone Sealant - the industry leader

If upgrading from an even older system or a different manufacturer, typically the process is the same, but, you will probably have to convert your old cables (typically JJ plugs) over as this box uses plastic amp plugs to connect to the circuit board, from all internal components i.e. pumps, ozone & blowers.

An example of what you will need is:

1 x 4 pin cable (2 speed pump)
2 x 3 pin cable (1 speed pump, blower or ozone)
1 x 2 pin cable (Spa light)

You have your existing cables so these are not supplied with the packs, you typically just need some AMP plugs and the AMP chrimps.
