TP540 6 Button Topside

The TP540 is part of Balboa's BP Wifi ready range & comes complete with a 4 black plastic pins connector. It is designed to work with BP Series of hot tub control systems. The sleek panels have LCD displays that have moving function indicator icons, maintenance reminders, and service alerts on the easy-to-read screen

Can Be Used With

Balboa TP Series Topside panels such as TP540 (included in they package), TP600.

2-inch socket heater union sleeves. Amp cables plug into the PCB to operate the components

If upgrading from an even older system or a different manufacturer, typically the process is the same, but, you will probably have to convert your old cables (typically JJ plugs) over as this box uses plastic amp plugs to connect to the circuit board, from all internal components i.e. pumps, ozone & blowers.

An example of what you will need is:

1 x 4 pin cable (2 speed pump)
2 x 3 pin cable (1 speed pump, blower or ozone)
1 x 2 pin cable (Spa light)

You have your existing cables so these are not supplied with the packs, you typically just need some AMP plugs and the AMP chrimps.

Additional Info

The M7 technology means you do not need to have sensors and flow switches going back into the tub as everything is done inside the control box by 2 sensors.
This system has been designed to be able to run from the comfort of your home or whilst you are at work or away.
With the addition of the new WiFi receiver, the BP200 can be operated via Android®, iPhone®, iPod touch® or iPad®
