EU Countries Usually 2 - 4 Days. PLEASE NOTE: You are responsible for all local customs charges, duties, and VAT. If consignments are returned to us because of unpaid charges, we will hold you responsible for any extra charges that we incur Price calculates at checkout.
Croatia, Norway, Serbia Usually 4 - 8 Days, the price includes customs clearance £71.90
India, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Bahrain Usually 4 - 8 Days, please be aware that you are responsible for local taxes £P.O.A.
Rest of the World. If your country is not listed we can still send it to you but we will need to quote on an individual order basis The price is given upon order. If you require a quote then please give us an email.

What you should also be aware of when you order:

  1. When you order late on a Friday or during the weekend we will process your order on the following Monday.
  2. We source your order from our warehouse, stores, and suppliers and it can take 1-3 working days to collect everything you order. If there are going to be any excessive delays beyond this time we will notify you by email.
  3. Clearance items will remain online while stocks last, even if there is just one left. As our system can only update stock availability once a day it is possible for you to order a sale item that we are unable to supply due to heavy demand that day. We apologise in advance if this happens and will notify you by email as soon as possible.
  4. We like to ship you your whole order in one go so there may be a delay if we find it difficult to source everything at the same time. If you require some of the items in your order urgently, we can split your order and send the rest later - email us and let us know if this is the case.
  5. If you have a deadline for your order include this in the "Message to Poolandspacentre" in the checkout process or email us the date and we will do our very best to meet your deadline. If there are any problems we will notify you straight away.
  6. EU Countries: We do not charge you tax at checkout. You are responsible for all local customs charges, duties, and VAT payable on delivery
  7. EU Countries: We do not ship chemicals, liquids, or granules, to EU Countries. Please note that we may refund your order if you place an order that includes restricted items.
  8. All delivery services will deliver on working days only (Mon-Fri) unless otherwise stated.
  9. For deliveries that are attempted but you are not available to sign for you may incur extra fees if the item is returned to us. Please see the Terms
  10. If for any reason other than warranty or damage you wish to return a hot tub lid to us you will be responsible for the cost of the return freight, our rate for return is £100 + vat
