Pricing & Supply
All prices on the website include VAT at 20%, unless you are outside the UK. The invoice/dispatch note will show VAT separately.
The price you pay for your goods is the price advertised when you place your order. If a product is shown on the web site but is not available or is incorrectly priced or otherwise incorrectly described, Bubbletubs Ltd shall not be obliged to sell you that product
All orders for products are subject to availability and Bubbletubs reserves the right to refuse to supply to any individual or company for whatever reason. If this is the case we will endeavor to issue a refund as soon as we are aware of the discrepancy. (Funds normally take 2-3 days to appear back into your account).
We accept payment online by Visa, MasterCard, Solo, Maestro, Delta, Switch, Bank Transfer, or via PayPal. Cash is accepted when purchases are made in person at our warehouse.
Cheques are accepted and goods will be sent when funds are cleared.
All in-stock orders placed Mon-Fri before 2 PM will be despatched the same day. All in-stock orders placed after 2 PM on a weekday or on a weekend will be despatched on the next working day. *
We ask for your telephone number in case there is either a problem with processing your payment or a problem with locating your property for delivery. If goods are returned to us because our courier cannot locate your property and we cannot contact you by telephone, then you will be responsible for the direct cost of that return. This charge is currently £18.00 per order.
We usually use a courier parcel delivery service. Our courier will only deliver on week-days and they are unable to leave parcels without a signature unless you instruct them to do so via the check-out page of our website. If you instruct us to request our courier to leave your goods without a signature, the responsibility falls on you and we will not be held responsible for lost items. We will ask our courier to leave your goods in your preferred location but we cannot guarantee that they will always comply with our instructions.
If they are not requested to leave the parcel without a signature and you are not at home when they attempt to deliver, a card will be left advising that the delivery was attempted and will give you options to choose from including re-delivery, deliver to an alternative address or deliver to the local pick-up shop. This may also be emailed or text to you. The courier will normally only keep parcels for five working days before returning them to us, so please don't order just before you are due to go away for an extended period. If the parcel is delivered to a local pick-up shop and is not collected within 7 days it will be returned to us. If a parcel is returned to us by our courier because they were unable to get a signature or was not collected from the pick-up shop you will be responsible for the cost of that return which is currently £18.00 and also for the additional cost of re-sending the goods to you.
We do not charge you tax. You are responsible for all local customs charges, duties, and VAT. If consignments are returned to us because of unpaid charges, we will hold you responsible for any extra charges that we incur.
Oversize, Heavy, or Hazardous Goods
Certain items cannot be shipped by courier, so we may decide to ship your goods via alternate methods including by pallet. Pallet delivery is usually a 3-day service but may take longer.
In some cases when shipping abroad we will require additional information from you. This may include a Euro VAT number, a Personal Identification Number (PID Number), or a copy of the purchaser's passport. This is required by our courier service so that the goods can be cleared through customs. We normally request this information by email after the order has been placed.
Please view the returns procedure: Returns. Any goods returned without a ticket number will not be dealt with. Also, you must obtain proof of posting since we will need to see it if the goods do not arrive.
We hope you will not have any complaints but if you do please contact us straight away and we promise to respond to your complaint fairly and in confidence. We will contact you within, at most, 5 days and give you a timescale for full resolution of your dispute. Bubbletubs Ltd uses PayPal secure hosted pages for a secure on-line shopping service that allows easy ordering and easy payment for all your pool and spa requirements. The personal details you supply to enable us to process and confirm your order are held on our secure site and we will not disclose any of your information to a third party. bubbletubs Ltd may from time to time contact its customers via email to advise of special offers, price changes, new products, etc. If you wish to unsubscribe from this email you can do.
We realise that some customers do not feel comfortable ordering online. For this reason, we provide a local call rate phone number, 0844 8003290, for you to place an order over the telephone with a Bubbletubs customer service representative. All telephone orders are subject to these terms and conditions and will be treated as if they were placed on-line by yourself.
When you place an order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, delivery address, contact telephone number, credit or debit card number, CVV code, and expiry date. This will allow us to process and fulfill your orders and to notify you of your order status. When you place an order, our secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. Furthermore, as required by the UK Data Protection Act 1984, we follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information, which you have given us, to prevent unauthorised access.
There are certain occasions when we may require proof of identity from you before we process the order. This may include photocopies or scans of certain documents. This is a procedural arrangement designed to protect you and us from online fraud. It is not meant to cause offence so please be patient with us.
We reserve the right to refund orders immediately if they do not meet our security criteria.
