Please note this pump comes disassembled and requires 5 minutes and a spanner to put together

These are HI-FLO specialist side discharge pumps identified by the code 310-1160SD on the wetend front faceplate, all the options have 2 inch (inlet) x 2 inch (outlet).

This European spec. motor (EMG) is recommended by Waterway for the European market, It has a rear fan and a finned body design to dissipate heat.

There are both 1 and 2 speeds available in 48 frame.

Not sure which pump you need?

Below is a breakdown of what to check. First will be AMPs and RPMs.
  • If there is only one rating then it will be a single speed, if there is two, you guessed it ... two speed.
  • AMP ratings will typically be 5 – 7 amps = 1.5 (HP), 7–9 amps = 2.0 (HP), 9–11 amps = 2.5 (HP), 11–12 amps = 3.0(HP) & 14–15 amps = 4.0 (HP)
  • RPM rating will normally be 1450 for low speed and 2900 for high speed.
Next, check the outside diameter's of the threads for your pipe connections.

Most wet ends can be rotated to 3, 9 and 12 o'clock so no need to worry about that.

It is worth checking overall dimensions of the pump before ordering to ensure you have enough space for the new pump.

Now you have all the information to look through our Jet Pump Range!

The pumps are supplied without a cable, as the power cord is dedicated to your model of the control system, therefore you will need to rewire your existing cable to the pump. Remove the cord from your old pump, and note, that the wire colour going to high-speed or low-speed terminals on any motor, the colour is set or determined by the maker of the spa control, not by the pump or motor manufacturer.

Before you remove the power cord from your old pump, look at the old motor wiring label and make a note of what colour goes too high, and too low. Then, put the cord on your new motor/pump, using the same colour for high as on the old motor and also for low-speed wiring.

We have used and fitted this pump as a replacement of the Chinese DXD 320 pump - it is an exact match in terms of unions - outlets and power specification
