Astral Norm Main Drain for Concrete Pools

New range of Main drains according the normatives EN-13451-1 and EN-13451-3, available for public and private pools, supplied with flat grilles or antivortex. Made in white ABS and UV treatment, 2″ side connections and bottom connection with plug for fitting the hydrostatic relief valve (00277) and drainage pipe (21581).

• Recommended max. flow rate: 15 m3/h
• Water passing speed 0.5 m/sec
• Maximum suction velocity 1.5 m/sec
• Minimum distance between drains: >2 m

Main Drains must be arranged so that there is not risk of bathers being drawn towards them or trapped there.
It is recommended that a minimum of 2 x Main Drains are installed 2 meters apart.
