These temperature probes both slide into the pocket somewhere (usually near the middle of the tub) so it is submersed in the water away from the heater.
The white / clear flat plastic 4-pin (2 wires or 3 wires) plug plugs straight onto the PCB.
You may have either the 2 wire or 3-wire version (red, black and green). Pick yours in the options
