These Heissner PVC pre-packed liners in black are efficient and easy to install. Available in different thicknesses, they are ideal for a variety of ponds and water features. PVC liners are flexible, easy to work with and can be welded or bonded, keeping your pond water-tight.
Heissner standard pond liner is UV resistant, cold resistant, biologically harmless and safe for ponds with fish. It is also root resistant and resistant to tears.
It is recommended to choose a suitable thickness of material when selecting a liner, based on the depth of your pond.
For deeper ponds EPDM liners are a brilliant option.
How to measure the right size
Pond length + (2 x pond depth) + 60m = running metres/lengthPond width + (2 x pond depth) + 60cm = running metres/width
It is important to include the depth of your pond into your measurements to allow for a pond wall, otherwise when you begin installing the liner the depth will be taken from the length and width, resulting in a smaller pond than intended. It is also recommended that you allow for a slight overgap on the ponds edge which can later be hidden by decorative plants and rocks.
