This is 16-30( 0.5mm - 1mm) standard grade filter media with a general life cycle of 4-5 years, supplied in 25kg bags.
It is recommend that you change your filter sand every 3-5 years to ensure that filtration continues to operate effectively. This will increase your water quality, reducing chemical usage.
