95% of our covers are made to order. We carry an extensive variety of lids in stock for the European market, but made to measure lids are bespoke and therefore once we start production, we are fully invested in making that cover specifically for you. For this reason, we take payment upfront at the point of order.You can change or cancel your order up to two working business days after placing it.
However, due to the bespoke nature of manufacturing lids, we cannot cancel or amend your cover order once it is in production. Spa covers are covered by our extensive warranty but are not otherwise returnable.Please ensure you provide us with accurate contact details including your email and telephone numbers so our delivery department can make contact to arrange a convenient day for delivery.Within 7-10 working days of the delivery date on custom covers and 1-2 days on stock covers, we will contact you to arrange for delivery to your home. For UK custom deliveries we typically use a specialist courier so we can pretty much guarantee safe delivery and be slightly more flexible in the service we offer you.
Once delivered, inspect the goods carefully, we must stress, that please only sign for the cover if you have fully checked it for damage, or sign it as unchecked, we cannot validate a claim for damaged goods if you have signed for it as received in good condition.....this is your responsibility. We strongly advise that you check the packaging all over for any sign of damage, no matter how slight prior to signing for the goods. If you are in any doubt, please refuse the item or sign for as damaged and inform us immediately. Please retain all packing materials for a possible return. If for any reason other than warranty or damage you wish to return a hot tub lid to us you will be responsible for the cost of the return freight, our rate for a UK return is £100 + vat
We also accept returns for defects and production mistakes. Please notify us of any problems like this within 2 days of receiving your cover. We cannot accept returns for any other reason (e.g. you, unfortunately, gave us the wrong dimensions, you did not check your invoice or confirmation.)
