Ozone detection kit

Typical residential spa Ozone generators, running six hours per day last approximatley two years.

This detection kit quickly and easily indicate if there is Ozone present in the output stream from the Ozone generator.

These kits do not quantify (measure the amount of) the Ozone present.

The speed and extent of the indicator material ‘bleaching’, from blue to white, gives us a tool to say if a spa unit is producing an effective level of Ozone.

Kit contains: 1 ozone detection ampule with test media, clear connection tubing, and complete instructions.

Works with both types of ozonators : Corona Discharge and Ultra Violet.

Any spa fitted with ozone:

The kit takes about 30 seconds and 3 simple steps.

1 : Turn the spa off and insert testing unit into spa ozonator's output tubing.

(Follow the instructions once placed inside the tubing)

2 : Turn spa back on and operate the ozonator for 30 seconds.

3 : Observe results.

Blue test media turns white if sufficient ozone is present.

Please be aware that you must have the spa in its filter mode, often this will be shortly after the hot tub is turned on. On some hot tubs with a 24 hour circulation pump you will find that the Ozonator normally will be running during this time.
