The Worlds Finest Spa Cover

Don't forget we are the only ASTM cover in the UK marketplace, this includes specific performance tests such as static load tests for weight support, perimeter deflection tests for entry or entrapment between the cover and the side of the spa, and surface drainage tests to see if a dangerous amount of rain could collect on the cover's surface. Our covers are labelled with the proper warnings and identify the product as a safety cover. Are you getting this guarantee from our Competition....no

FREE 5-3" tapered core - provides greater strength and thermal characteristics
FREE Continuous Heat seal - keep heat in the lids where it belongs
FREE Triple “thickness” vapour barrier to etxend the life of the lid against water entry
FREE Delivery (England & Wales mainland)

Questions we get asked!

Our stock covers are all square with either 4" or 8" radius corners making our covers compatible with the majority of lids in the marketplace, worst case scenario is a slight overhang (dependant on your radius size), this will not affect the covers insulating property.

Say your tub measures 88.5 x 88.5 inches, we don't do an 88.5 or 89 inch stock cover so a 90" cover is your option, there will be a slight overhang on the sides (0.75") this will not affect the insulation properties of the lid.

Always pick the smaller radius from our options i.e. your radius is 11" then pick the 8" radius option, alternately if you have a 7" radius pick the 4 inch radius option, simple, any confusion please give us a ring.

If your cover is say 83 x 80 inches, what size should you buy, simple a 84 x 84, but there will be approximately a 2" overlap on one side and 1/2" on the other side. This will not affect the insulation properties of the cover. Aesthetically it will look slightly off so in this case maybe wait 8-10 weeks and get the exact fit from us.

Hope that helps, anything else give us a ring

We are proud to say we are the largest distributor in Europe, with a wealth of experience and over 10000 lids in the marketplace we are the market leader - this position allows us to not only help you buy your new hot tub cover correctly but to support you in both maintaining it and your hot tub through its life time.

Every spa lid has the same fundamental components, the only difference is the quality of materials and the production processes employed to manufacture and construct the lid. So this is the way to easily show you the difference between us and the competition.

We stock covers made by the worlds market leader so please take the time to compare us to the competition and you will see why we lead the market.

Measuring Your Lid / Spa

If you want a more comprehensive measuring guide - or a print off  Our Help Centre contains guides & helpful information, most important is: How to Measure! which will guide you through easily measuring for your new hot tub lid.

Cover or Spa? Which should I measure?

If your current cover fits perfectly, then measure the cover, there is nothing better. However, if your cover is waterlogged, warped, or misshapen, you should measure your spa as well to ensure the new lid fits properly.

Should I pick a larger cover?

Many sites offer this, but we distribute and stock covers so we think a good fit is better, not necessarily for functionality but for aesthetics. An overhang of 0.75" per side is negligible in our experience, anything larger, we would not recommend, obviously never order a smaller cover?

Measuring A Spa

Measuring A Cover

Never measure the exact hinge as it is typically 1”shorter than the actual lid.

If your spa has radius corners, then to correctly measure the corner radius use a carpenter’s square or use our radius template downloadable at our website. The key is not to make the radius too big, when in doubt take the smaller measurement.

Have a look at the movie in the photo gallery to see how to measure up for a new lid

Measuring the Skirt & Straps

The skirt protects the acrylic of your spa from UV damage, so it’s important that the skirt covers the acrylic. If your spa has a rail that sticks out from the cabinet under the acrylic, most people extend the skirt down past the rail. If you do this, be sure the cover is wide enough around so that the skirt can hang straight down.

Please measure cover safety straps from the bottom of the cover down to where the strap meets the clip (don’t include the clip itself).

We provide both parts of the strap fixings but more often than not resiting them slightly gives greater strength rather than using the existing screw holes.

Please see the photo gallery for the strap position diagram.
