All Aquaflo XP2 & XP2e wetends have what is known as a 2" suction inlet and a 2" Discharge outlet. The actual measurement over the threads of the inlet and outlet is approx 78 mm.
Aqua-Flo FMXP3 Wet End has 2 x 2.5" connections so the outside diameter of the threads is 93mm. 48/56Y Frame and 4HP impeller.
To get the correct hot tub Aquaflo wet end, you need to find the below part numbers to identify the correct specification of wet end, therefore power output, this will mean taking your pump out and removing the wet end.

It's easy to identify your type of wet end, in this photo, you can see how to find the volute numbers and the dimensions to specify whether it is a 48 / 6.1 or 6.3 type, find that number and then below find the table that applies to it.

Over the years the impellors have discontinued and have interchanged making a myriad of options, therefore to simplify the process we have put the wet end in size and power order - just make sure you get the correct volute and you can't go wrong
