Seals Minor Cracks
In-stock orders dispatched:14:00
Blue Horizons Leak Seeker is designed to seal minor cracks and resulting leaks in pool and hot hub pipe-work and/or pool surfaces. Leak Seeker is fast acting and usually stops leaks within 24 hours.
N.B Not suitable for torn vinyl liners or in situations where serious water loss of more than an inch per day is experienced. Such serious defects will require proper maintenance and repair and/or re-plumbing
Use 760ml per 45,450 litres (10,000 gallons) of Pool water.
Turn off the pump and set filter to by-pass first.
For leaks in pool walls add directly into the pool water or for leaks in the pipework add into the skimmer. Pool Leak Seeker is naturally heavier than water. For best results and to assist circulation through the pipework set up a vacuum hose and vac head as you would to clean the pool. Place the vacuum head in the deepest part of the pool, ensuring the hose is free of air to allow maximum circulation of the product.
Please Note - Chemical feeders will need to be isolated before use.

Application Instructions
1. Prior to applying Pool Leak Seeker, remove your automatic pool cleaner from the pool.2. Turn the pool pump off and set the filtration to ‘bypass’ or ‘re-circulate’ mode. If neither of these options are available, remove the filter grids or cartridge from the filter prior to commencing treatment. Isolate all dosing control/tablet feeders/salt chlorinators from the water line prior to dosing the Leak Seeker.3. For leaks in the pool surface: Add Leak Seeker directly to the pool in or around the location of the leak. Alternatively, distribute the product evenly around the pool. For leaks in the pipework: Add the required dose of Leak Seeker directly into the skimmer when the pumps are “off”. Allow product to percolate through the pipework. If unsure of leak location, follow the instructions for leaks in the pool surface.4. Wait 30 minutes and then turn the pump “on” and leave the pump running for a minimum of 8 hours.5. Mark the water level and check again in 24 hours.6. A second application may be required, especially in larger pools.7. Leave the pool until all the residue has settled (usually within 6 hours) before vacuuming any residue in the pool to waste.8. Replace the filter grid or cartridge after 24 hours and resume normal operation
