This heater is designed to stand vertically against the control box, making installation straightforward. The 3/4 inch barb fittings at both ends connect securely to your spa’s plumbing with the aid of metal clips, ensuring a leak-free operation.

It’s important to note that this heater is unique to Sundance Spas. The heating element itself cannot be purchased separately, emphasizing the importance of maintaining the entire heater assembly for optimal performance and safety.

This heater is used in many SUNDANCE® & JACUZZI® SPAS that were built after 2001. Excluding Maxxus - This requires MPN 6500-316 Smart heater assembly, 5.5 kW

It has a grey plastic outer covering and is used in conjunction with a Laing circulation pump.

The Sundance Low Flo 2.7kW Heater is designed specifically for Sundance Spas, ensuring compatibility and optimal performance. With its robust construction and efficient heating capacity, this heater maintains your desired water temperature consistently, allowing you to enjoy your spa any time of the year.

All 2001+ SUNDANCE® SPAS Export 50 Hz Models (Except Maxxus)

Replacing Sundance P/N 6500-315 and manufacturers p/n C3403-1

  • Drain the spa down, disconnect heater cables from the spa control box.
  • Push back the spring clamps that hold the 3/4 inch vinyl pipe in place.
  • Heat the vinyl pipe at these connections and remove the pipes.
  • Remove the old heater
  • Reverse the above and Install the new heater.
