Universal RITE-FIT Heater Assembly

The Universal RITE-FIT Series heaters allow you to replace virtually any control heater on the market today. With adjustable fixing studs you are able to position the heater in various rotational positions to fit almost any spa control pack.

This Universal RITE-FIT series comes with a standard incoloy element and is available in a range of kW ratings from 1.3kW to 5.5kW. Not supplied with a pressure switch.

Please review the table below to identify your ideal replacement heater by searching for the item code from your existing heater. If you heater is not listed in the table, you will need to carry out specific measurements of your existing heater. This is explained below the table below. Contact us with these measurements ad we can check for a suitable replacement.

By simply taking measurements of the heater you're replacing and using our guidelines below, you can find the correct Universal Rite-Fit Heater to use as a replacement.

For proper measurements: Position the heater assembly with the flange closest to the bulkheads on the left side and measure from left flange to the first bulkhead as shown in Fig.1. The bulkhead measurement is key in determining the correct replacement. To indicate the proper position of items, always use the left side profile with the bulkheads in the 12:00 position as shown in Fig.2.Measurement results will determine which Universal Rite-Fit Heater would work for you.
