Overview

As a UK main stockist of the LX range, these 56 frame speed pumps come complete with either a 3 or 4-core plain cable. They carry a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase and are completely interchangeable with certain Waterway and Aquaflo pumps.

Look in the "Can be used with" Tab to match up your specification as these pumps are the direct replacements for JACUZZI® & SUNDANCE® SPAS pumps.

Not sure which pump you need?

Below is a breakdown of what to check. First will be AMPs and RPMs.

If there is only one rating then it will be a single speed, if there is two, you guessed it ... two speed.
AMP ratings will typically be 5 – 7 amps = 1.5 (HP), 7–9 amps = 2.0 (HP), 9–11 amps = 2.5 (HP), 11–12 amps = 3.0(HP) & 14–15 amps = 4.0 (HP)
RPM rating will normally be 1450 for low speed and 2900 for high speed.

Next, check the outside diameter's of the threads for your pipe connections.

Most wet ends can be rotated to 3, 9 and 12 o'clock so no need to worry about that.

It is worth checking overall dimensions of the pump before ordering to ensure you have enough space for the new pump.

These pumps replace the Thermax pump, you may also need to replace the drain valve found here LX Drain Plug.

Firstly - look along the row and find the pump that need replacing checking HP and speed, check the spa is within the year shown, then view the wet end that corresponds to it, the configuration is the final check, it should match exactly your existing pump.

Be aware our wet end are sent out in standard position you can rotate them to whatever position you want in a matter of minutes.

Once you have located the ref: number then the following pump is required:

IMPORTANT NOTE: 2008 LP & WP pumps and wet ends are manufactured with a shorter suction (approx. 15mm) and discharge port (approx. 30mm). You may find on some hot tubs with very rigid plumbing that the newer versions will not line up with pipework. The wet end faceplate moulding is different and they are also "open" on the rear of the wet end casing as opposed to the pre 08 wet ends which are encased. SEE IMAGES FOR REFERENCE.

Once you have located the ref number then the following pump is required:

6500-291 / 6500-299 / 6500-319 / 6500-899 pick WP200 (2hp) - Two speed from the drop down box

6500-124 / 6500-239 / 6500-240 / 6500-294 pick LP200 (2hp) - Single speed from the drop down box

Be aware our wet end are sent out in standard position you can rotate them to whatever position you want in a matter of minutes.

* Part # 6500-899 was used as a temporary replacement for 6500-299.
